Our client SANA in the Northern part of Malawi is looking to recruit 6 experienced Supermarket Managers to oversee the branches

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily supermarket operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
– Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of customer service
– Monitor inventory, sales, and stock levels
– Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
– Drive sales targets and minimize losses
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail/supermarket management
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Proficiency in inventory and POS systems is an advantage
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– willing to relocate to the Northern Region of Malawi
