Human Resource Manager
Location: Mzuzu, Northern Region, Malawi

About the Role
Our client SANA is seeking experienced Human Resource Managers to join thier team in Mzuzu. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and supporting staff across thier operations in the Northern Region.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention processes
– Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
– Ensure compliance with Malawi labor laws and company HR policies
– Coordinate payroll, leave management, and benefits administration
– Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
– Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports
– Support performance management and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in retail or a similar sector
– In-depth knowledge of Malawi labor laws and HR best practices
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
– Based in or willing to relocate to Mzuzu
