About The CEO

Mr. Viwemi Chengero Sambara

Mr. Viweni Chengero Sambara, the CEO of MPLO Labour Force, has always been driven by a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Born and raised in Malawi, Viwemi witnessed first-hand the importance of employment and the impact it has on families and communities. This early exposure to the workforce dynamics fuelled his ambition to pursue a career in labour management.

Viwemi earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the School of Business and Trade, USA, where he graduated with honors. During his time at institution, he was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, showcasing leadership qualities and a passion for organizational management, which gave him a strong foundation in business operations and human resources.

With a keen eye for talent and ability to understand both client and employee needs, he has successfully managed projects aiming at improving workforce placement and satisfaction.

Viwemi has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including:
